Sarah Antonelli is the Owner and Principal of Stillpoint Geospatial, an independent consulting practice shaped by years of working inside large, complex GIS organizations.

Prior to launching Stillpoint, Sarah served as GIS Director for a global energy company, leading an international team supporting utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the US and Canada. That role gave her a front-row view into how geospatial systems evolve over time and how often good ideas struggle not because of technology, but because of organizational complexity.

What ultimately led Sarah to start Stillpoint was a desire to work more directly in that space between vision and reality. She has seen how frequently teams know where they want to go, but lack the time, structure, or breathing room to redesign systems thoughtfully while keeping day-to-day work moving.

Stillpoint Geospatial exists to help organizations create clarity around their data, platforms, and priorities so team can move forward with confidence instead of friction. The focus is not on idealized architectures, but on building systems that fit the real context people are working in and can continue to grow over time.
